10 Minute Workout

I have an awesome 10 minute workout for everyone that says they don't have enough time:

In the first minute, in order do the following:
5 Pushups

10 Situps
15 standing squats

rest until the minute is up

Do the same for the next 9 minutes-

By the end you'll have done 50 pushups, 100 situps and 150 standing squats- ALL IN 10 MINUTES! Give it a try!
